3. Using niceSgml2Html

Well, so far frmt was working well but it was not a "clean solution". What I mean by this, is that it was based on several assumptions (for example that the <HR> tag appears only before and after the ABSTRACT ...). I knew that sooner or later it would fail. What's more I wanted to use my ideas and the experience I had aquired to create a tool that could be used by other people too.

When I downloaded sgml-tools-1.0 I discovered that the formating utilities were written in Perl5. Then I decided to create niceSgml2Html which is actually a collection of hacked tools (originating from sgml-tools) that handle the SGML-->HTML proccessing in a nicer way...

Using sgml-tools with niceSgml2Html is straight forward (for for more info). I reformated my pages. I think the result is much better now...
