I just found this: easyMusic.com. It’s not ground breaking. There are other sites that do exacly the same.
However, this looks like the right time (with podcasting popularity rising and the demand for “podsafe” music rising too). And Stelios has proven to be capable where others fail…

Magnatunes.com has lots of great ‘free to listen’ to music already… you can pay as you wish for the tunes too in any format… or just stream for free!
Magnatunes.com already offers free streaming audio of all their artists and you can pay as much as you like for their audio in your CHOICE of format: ogg/mp3/flac/wav/etc…
